(if you are sure that you are logged into windows as a admin prfile then it shouldnt be the problem) if you have a icon on your desktop, rightclik it, and run as administrator. Sorry haha, i saw this coming by while searching for other things, i have just answered the same thing with some fixes and links that could help you too. then it will check all files for corruptions, and perahps download the right files that arent corrupted. Try this first -> right click the game in your steam library, go to properties, clikc local files tab, and then click verify integrity of local gamecache. Have you tried to verify the files ? its the first time start ?
